Transcipt of the Will of Morgan How made 1719 probate 1721 from a copy from film from the Dorset History Centre by Bob Hills February 2011.
This is a literal transcription however many parts were of poor quality (both words and some individual letters) so I have used context to interpret some parts (except where the words were factually critical).

In the name of God Amen I Morgan How of Marnhull in the County of Dorsett Ye?{1} this
Eight and twentieth day of July in the yeare of o[u]r Lord One Thousand seven hundred
and nineteene being of a sound and disposing mindand memory do make & ordaine
this my last Will and Testament in man[ne]r & forme following. Firstly I Commend my soul
into the hands of Almighty God w[hi]ch gave it me hoping through the meritorious death
and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and redeemer to receive pardon & forgiveness
of all my sins and to Inherritt Ever lasting life my body I Committ to the earth to be
decently Interred att the discretion of my Executrix here after named And as fore such
land and personall estate as it hath pleased Almighty God bless me w[i]th all in this
life I do give and dispose thereof as followeth Imprim[i]s I do give unto my beloved Wife
Mary my Two Closes of land in Marnhull aforesaid called bulfurlands during her naturall
life and after her decease unto her heires and assignees forever as she shall think
fitt to direct & appoint And it if my Son in law John Deben shall prove this by loving to
her after my decease Then I do desire her to settle the said Two Closes upon my Grand
-son Thomas Deben & the heires of his body if any shall happen to be chargeable
w[i]th the paying of sixty pounds unto my Grandaughter Mary Brine w[i]th in two years
after the decease of my s[ai]d wife Item I do give unto my Son in law John Brine and Mary his
wife the stulling apeice Ite[m] I do give unto my Son in law John Deben One Shilling Ite[m] I do Give unto
each of my grandchildren five shillings Ite[m] I do Give the rest of all my houshold goods to
my Said wife during her life And after her decease I do Give unto my said grandson Thomas
Beben my furniture & beds & all belonging there unto standing in the hall Chamber and the
press standing in the ??? and the Eale board standing in the Kitchen All the rest of
my personall Estate and goods w[hatever] nature or kind whatsoever I do Give unto my said
beloved wife Mary whome I do hereby make her sole Executrix of this my last Will
and Testament And I do desire my said Son in law John Brine and my Kinsman
Ambrose How to be aideing & assising to my said wife in the Fulfilling of this
my last Will and Testament And I do Give to the Each of them Five Shillings
for theire paines In Witness whereof I have here unto Sett my hand & Seal

{1} this word is quite clear and is most likely Yeoman (based on land ownership) but cannot be interpreted as Yeoman, the closest is Yeom with a final upward swirl which isn't found anywhere else in the document.
