The last Will and Testament of me Thomas BROWN of Wareham in the County of Dorset Tanner I give and bequeath all my Goods & chattles whatsoever to my four children Elizabeth John Thomas and Esther BROWN to be divided among them (by my Executors in trust hereinafter appointed Gustavus WRIGHT and Giles BROWN) when they shall arrive to the age of twenty one years in the manner following that is to say whereas Elizabeth RICKS of Wimburn Minster did by her last will bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth fifty pounds and to my Sone John fifty pounds to be paid to them at the death of James RICKS of Wimburn Minster aforesaid Now my will is that the said Elizabeth and John shall have recd the said legacies when they arrive at the age of twenty one years that then my said Executors in trust shall give my other children that shall be then living fifty pounds each and after that equally divide all the rest of my goods money & chattles among all my Children So that with the said legacies given by Elizabeth RICKS included they may all have equally one as much as the other; but if the said James RICKS shall be living when they arrive to the said age then my will is that all my goods & Chattles be equally divided among my Children that shall be then living but on this condition that my daughter Elizabeth & Son John do give my said Executors in trust good Security that they will pay back out of their part or Share So much as will make all my Children equall Sharers or make their parts equal in what the said Elizabeth RICKS and I have left them And I do constitute and appoint Gustavus WRIGHT of Wimburn and Giles BROWN of Wareham in the County of Dorset my Executors in trust for all my Children Signed sealed published and declared to be my last Will and Testament this twenty fifth day of February 1736 Thomas BROWN (Attestation Clause) Robert BROWN Elizabeth MORY Proved 1741 DA/W/1741 Dorset Record Office
