This Inventory of Goods would have been drawn up on application for Letters of Administration to enable the next of kin to take possession of his estate but these do no appear to have survived. The Parish registers for Fordington for the whole of the period 1640 to 1663 have also not survived (2). There is a baptism recorded in Fordington for Edward the son of Edward PARKER on 29th Sepotember 1639. |
