Proved

The 3rd day in the month of September in the year of our Lord 1675 ( Note: not sure of month but think:- '7bris' = 7ber = i.e. 7th month of the old year = September)
Probate of this testament was granted to Frances
Feacy also Scholler the executrix of the deceased

Genealogical Notes:-
(1) I have not so far located any other records relating to this will but a "Jhon [John] SCHOLLER alias FFACY " had daughters Julian & Alice bap 10th May 1577 in HT & John was buried there on 12th Jan 1595/6 so the use of both names seems to have been used for several generations?
